This transhumant route is still used today by the few sheep and cattle that cross these mountains on their way to and from the east of the peninsula. The Cruz Gorda, the Rayo farmhouse or the Loma del Pinar mark the milestones of this stage. More than 20 pylons of two meters high, separated every 75 meters exactly, and many other remains, mark the route through the extensive wild pine forests in transition to the Sierra de Gúdar.
